Refund Policy

Effective Date: 31/08/2025

At DSKS K9 SERVICES, we do our best to provide quality care and services for you and your dog. We understand that sometimes plans change, so this Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

1. Cancellations by You

  •  Walking / Training Appointments:

    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment: full refund or credit towards a future booking.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: no refund (we’ve reserved that time just for you).

  • Boarding / Overnight Care:

    • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking: full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking: 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking start date: no refund.

2. No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled service without notice, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund.

3. Cancellations by Us

If we ever need to cancel or reschedule due to emergencies (weather, staff illness, etc.), you will receive:

  • A full refund or

  • The option to reschedule at no extra cost

4. Service Quality Issues

If you are unhappy with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review each situation individually and may offer:

  • A partial refund

  • A redo of the service (where possible)

  • A credit towards your next booking

5. Deposits

Some bookings may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the service.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
